Gather Required Documents

Here’s what you’ll typically need:
1. Valid passport (with at least 3 months’ validity beyond your return date)
2. Completed VIDEX form (printed and signed)
3. UK student visa or BRP (valid for re-entry)
4. Proof of university enrollment in the UK
5. Recent bank statements (showing sufficient funds)
6. Travel insurance (minimum €30,000 coverage)
7. Travel itinerary (flight bookings, hotel reservations)
8. Proof of accommodation in Germany
